For the premiere of the new production “Le Palais des Lumières” in April of this year, Europe Événement transformed the historic Torigny Castle—also known as the Château des Matignon—in Torigni-sur-Vire, Normandy, France into an impressive projection screen for light and laser projections.
The 12-minute laser mapping show impressively highlighted the building’s striking architecture and created a fascinating visual experience for visitors. Under the artistic direction of Alexis Montagne and with show programming by Sérèna David, a production was created that combined modern laser show technology with the castle’s historic backdrop.
Precisely coordinated effects and dynamic projections brought the facade to life in a spectacular way. Four PHAENON XD 10s with grating wheels were used to implement the project. These powerful and reliable laser projectors enabled precise projections and contributed significantly to the show’s impressive visual impact.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alexis Montagne and the team at Europe Événement for providing the images and for giving us the opportunity to showcase this extraordinary project as a reference.
