RTI COCOON Climate Housing

The RTI COCOON Climate Housing is designed to ensure the operational readiness of the laser system even when ambient temperatures would not allow “normal” operation of the projector. The integrated air conditioning system of the RTI COCOON Climate Housing with cooling efficiency class A++ allows laser operation even at outdoor temperatures of -15°Celsius and up to +50°Celsius. The complete system consists of two elements, the actual climate housing and the external condenser/compressor unit. The climate housing is sealed to IP65 dust and waterproof standards, while the external condenser/compressor unit meets IP54 standards. It needs to be protected from direct and prolonged precipitation and high humidity. The RTI COCOON Climate Housing has a power consumption of 2,000 watts, with a cooling capacity of 12,000 BTU. It can pump out approximately 3,590 watts of heat. The system needs to be mounted on a load-bearing structure, such as a metal or concrete base, when installed. The color can be freely selected from the RAL color palette before the climate housing is manufactured.
